Roca Junior Replacement Lens
Mentions it fits any Roca goggle but it needs Roca Junior goggle which isn’t listed.
Hi,
I bought two sets of Roca Jr goggles for my kids last season. They love them, but being kids the lenses got all scratched up. When I went to buy replacement lenses this year there were almost no options.
I understand that companies need to discontinue product lines. But given the core value of replacement lens systems, it would be better for your customers if you continued production of the lenses for at least a few years after you stop the goggles. Otherwise, I don’t know if I’d buy from Wildhorn again, because I can’t trust whether you will just discontinue support again.
My 11yo daughter has been dealing with crappy low quality ski goggles for 7 years. These are actual quality goggles, changeable lenses, great visibility and periphery. Buy these for your little ones!!! Buy them for your friends little ones.
Love the easy magnet switch out
The goggles for my 12-year-old son initially met our expectations in both style and function. However, they were put to the test on their first outing when a minor mishap led to cracked frames. This was surprising, as I've subjected ski equipment to much use over the years without such damage. Reaching out to customer service, they graciously offered a one-time frame replacement, a gesture not required by their warranty policy. My reasoning for 4-stars: despite the unexpected fragility of the frames, the goggles are excellent overall, the price is great, and the customer support exceeded expectations. This may have been one of those freak accidents, I am not suggesting all the frames are fragile, I can only speak from my experience, and I have not seen any reviews from others having the same issue. At this point, I would still purchase again.
