WARRANTY

All Crank headphones come with a standard 1-year manufacturers warranty. This protects against manufacturing flaws only.


You can also register for the Lifetime Fidelity Gear program for free. LFG allows you to replace your product for any reason besides loss or theft for a low replacement cost. This gives you peace of mind that should you damage your item or need to replace it outside the manufacturer warranty you can do so in an inexpensive way. You will not pay anything until you are replacing your item. The replacement cost will be sent to you upon registration of the item.

What is included in the purchase?

Each Crank purchase includes one pair of headphones, one EVA carrying case, and one magnetic charging cord.

Are these headphones suitable for swimming?

Crank sport is rated at IPX7 which is water resistant, but not fully sealed. Crank sport can be submerged in up to 1m of water without any issue. If you're looking for a dedicated swimming headphone, consider the Crank swim version. The swim is IPX8 rated and is fully sealed.

Can I use these headphones with my smartphone?

Yes. Crank is equipped with bluetooth and can connect with any bluetooth enabled smart phone. This allows you to stream music from your device or take phone calls while using Crank.

How do I store music on the Crank headphones?

Crank is equipped with an on board MP3 player. You must plug your headphones into your computer where it will show its folders. Then you can simply take the MP3 files you have and drag them into the Crank folder on your computer. It holds 2500+ songs.

What is the difference between the Standard and Mini sizes?

There is a difference in the length of the neckwire. All other components are the same. Please see our sizing guide to make the best choice for you.

What is the warranty?

Crank headphones come with a limited lifetime warranty. Craftsmanship, materials  and Internal Components are covered for standard defects for the lifetime of the product. The battery is covered for two years. For the first year, we cover one instance of accidental damage (e.g., drops, impacts, scratches) with free repair or replacement. Customers are responsible for shipping in cases of accidental damage.
