Eric Jackson’s life journey has led him from the top of powder-laced mountain peaks to the base of rushing rivers and everywhere in between. To say that Eric’s life is indelibly infused to the mountains would be an understatement. Boards, beards, banjos, and bow hunting, are just a few of the things that actively help identify and define him. When he needs to slow down and recharge, you can find him somewhere in the deep nooks of the northwest, wading waist-deep, fly fishing for salmon and steelhead.

If you’re a fan of killer snowboard films, chances are you’ve already witnessed Eric schralping down gnarly chutes in Alaska with Travis Rice in Red Bull Media houses’ “The Fourth Phase,” or finding his mountain/river zen in his own self-narrated award winning feature film “Alignment.” Eric, or ‘E-Jack,’ as he’s known, is an acclaimed backcountry freestyle pro snowboarder that has garnered awards and features in all major snowboard publications including Transworld Snowboarding, and Snowboarder magazine. He’s instantly recognizable not only by his big grizzly beard, but by his distinct buttery, flowy, sendy, steezed-out riding style. His riding and lifestyle absolutely exudes his love and passion for mountains.

A 20+ year veteran of the snowboard scene, Eric has collaborated with several top brands in the industry throughout his celebrated career. Eric has now announced an exciting new partnership with the young up-and-coming mountain sports brand Wildhorn Outfitters. Wildhorn founded in 2016 is a small family owned business who’s HQ sits nestled at the base of the Utah Wasatch mountains. They’re passionate about providing mountain sports gear with uncompromising quality, design and aesthetics for the grassroots “every rider.” Eric has worked with Wildhorn designers to develop an exciting new flagship signature goggle.
